Shipping Policy

You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time for all the orders  is 4- 7 business days .On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail or SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Returns and Exchanges 

 You can exchange orders within 7 days of order delivery against any manufacturing defect(s) only. Please refer to the product description page for more details. Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns. You can e-mail to us at knot.contactus@gmail.com and we will try to resolve your issue at the earliest.
You may request an exchange for an order only once.
The item to be exchanged will be picked up from your shipping address and once it reaches us, we will dispatch the replacement item(s). All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY ORDERS.
