Shipping
The shipping timelines vary depending on what product is ordered . Shipping timeline will be mentioned in the product description. It takes 1-2 days for ready to ship products to be shipped. For make to order products it may vary from 10-20 as mentioned in the product details .
An estimated delivery time for all the orders is 4- 7 business days .On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail or SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday , the shipping timelines does not include the weekend .
Important terms
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or an unreachable phone number, the customer will be responsible for:
The return shipping charges, and
the re-shipping cost to send the parcel again.
Re-dispatch will only be done after the additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
We kindly ask for your understanding that if the customer is unable to cover the re-shipping charges, the order will be considered forfeited. In such cases, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit, as the shipping issue was due to circumstances beyond our control such as wrong shipping address, contact details etc., provided by customer. We really appreciate your understanding.
We are not liable for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect address/contact details provided at the time of order .

Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange orders within 3 days of order delivery against any manufacturing defect(s) only .
Misprints , unevenness in the weave , colour differences, are not considered are defects. All our products are handmade , it may have above mentioned irregularities which is a sign of true craftsmanship and aunthenticity.

Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns. You can e-mail to us at knot.contactus@gmail.com and we will try to resolve your issue at the earliest.
You may request an exchange for an order only once.
The item to be exchanged will be picked up from your shipping address and once it reaches us, we will then dispatch the replacement item(s). All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
If the item is not picked up in first attempt, the exchange request shall be considered complete at our end.If the pincode is not serviceable for return pickup , you may self ship the product to our address .
This process of return pick and exchange may take 10-14 days .
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AT ANY COST.
